                    Difficulties awaiting young teachers.

The profession of the teacher is important, because you form  the future  members of  society.And so on your way there can be a lot of difficulties, especially if you are a young teacher.One of them is bad behavior of students. As a teacher, you must understand that each student is individual and represents some kind of personality.The behavior of a student is influenced by many factors: atmosphere in a family,friends and so on. And you as a teacher must find an approach to this student.The next problem is how to interest a child. You should be resourceful,quick-witted and creative. You should conduct classes in a game form, accompany the material with all sorts of illustrations, videos, presentations.Another problem is the knowledge of your material. Not always young teachers know all the material well, they are still learning, learning everything new, they do not have the same experience as old teachers.It is difficult for young teachers to gain respect and authority. A young teacher should be strong, persistent, he should learn from the teachers who are older and with experience. They should listen to the advice of the experienced teachers.
